The best dental care I have ever had. Dr. Anne is professional, caring and gentle. Staff is kind and friendly. I was referred to a dental specialist, which was a success. I even received a follow call to see how everything went.
Friendly, caring staff. They have made recommendations for my different tooth paste and rinse needs as I have asthma, and my needs are different with often having dry mouth.
I have to share this with you. So i made a dental appt with Williams & Pearce Family Dental. I received a text reminding me of the appt and text back to cancel because my kids had the flu. I called them back to reschedual and they knew who i was when i called and i explained again why i canceled and she said not a problem but i would have to wait til February 20 (i made this appt on the phone in January). This place is the only dentist here that excepts Forward Dental Insurance unless i drive an hour away. In the mean time we received our dental cards through my husbands job. I called another dentist in town because i was in pain and they got me in sooner. Had 4 teeth pulled and root canal done. As you can imagine, if this had to be done in 2 appts, i had a lot of pain. Exhausted benefits for the year from my husbands insurance, but i was not in pain any longer. They sent Williams & Pearce Family Dental the dental exrays so that i wouldnt have to have them done again. This dentist and I thought they were helping me and the next dentist. Williams & Pearce Family Dental called me today and left a message that they cancelled my appt because i had work done at another dentist with my primary insurance. I called them back and the woman said to me "well do you think it is fair that you used your primary insurance somewhere else and come to us with your Forward Dental Insurance?" Beyond mad. Smh. I guess they expected me to sit in pain for a month. Go somewhere else. If you are on Forward Dental they put you on a list that they don't use very often and throw away after the first of the year. These people need to be fined and shut down. More people need to file a complaint against them for their practices and procedures.
This establishment is more about the cash than they are about your teeth! My daughter has Medicaid which covers your teeth, but they have to "put her on the list" before she can get treatment. She's been on the list for almost 3 years now. I, on the other hand, needed a tooth extracted. It wasn't an emergency, it wasn't bothering me at all except for the space where the tooth had chipped off. They took me almost immediately (I think the appointment was 4 days later). Needless to say, I will NEVER use these A**holes again!
I've been going to Dr Williams since I was a kid. Love their staff too! :)
