Longest wait and then forgotten by dr in urgent care for my 4 year old. Dr saw her once ordered another rest to be run came back to see him again. Waited in room for 2 hours only for him to forget us and forgot to say something to next shift. All to be told that my daughter did indeed have a uti which was what we were there for to begin with and the first dr shoukd have seen that. Completely unacceptable
