I'd like to express my deepest gratitude for the excellent experience I had a few weeks ago at your shop. I'll be brief: on a Saturday around 2 pm, my Ducati broke down. A friendly stranger rode ahead to arrange transport to your service department. Within 15 minutes, I and my bike arrived and were immediately assessed. There were three or four technicians simultaneously brainstorming while troubleshooting the source of my clutch malfunction. Another 20 minutes and my dry clutch was dismantled, the problem was identified, then fixed, and 10 minutes later, it's all back together. I was on the road before 3, in Madison for supper, and I completed the 300 mile ride the next day without a wrinkle.
Comfortable help without pushy sales tactics. Great showroom and information.

Came in for parts, they didn't have what I needed but ordered and shipped it to me in 2 days! Very good customer service.
I ordered a part from them on a Wednesday was told it would be here on friday but i couldn't get there till saturday and its a half an hour drive one way. When i went to pick it up they didnt have it. So they ordered it again and said they would ship it to me, took my address and said it will be at your house Tuesdays. Well it wasn't so i thought cause Monday was Columbus day ill wait till Wednesday. When i called on Thursday they said they have it right here and i said you guys were going to ship it to my house and they said yeah we were going to but we didnt have your right address when i even gave it to them. All and all i will never step foot in there again.
This place is excellent we drove 3 hours from Franksville, WI to Richland Center to buy 2 new snowmobiles because the saleman Joe had worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. Great people work here all worked together to make our experience the best! Thank you guys I'll definitely come there in the future. Greg you are awesome and so is your staff. Your inventory is amazing you have everything.
